This event will take place on Thursday 12th November at Santander Work Café, Market Hall, Douglas. Doors open 5:30pm for a 5:45pm start

The first part of the event will be an update of what's been happening at the distillery, followed by a presentation about the amazing world of yeast and fermentation and how this shapes the whisky you drink. This will take about 30 minutes.

This part is free to join but you will need to secure your tickets in advance. The event will finish by 7:45pm.
