Manx Whisky Company - General Terms and Conditions 

  1. Company Details: Manx Whisky Company Ltd (“MWCo”) is a company incorporated in the Isle of Man. Its registered office is situated at 1 Pickard Close, Castletown, and its company number is 133026C.
  2. MWCo reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this posting on its website.
  3. Licencing: Manx holds a license for the sale of alcoholic products onine from Ballaskerroo Mill, Ballagawne Road, Baldrine issued by the Isle of Man Licensing Court. Designated official is Carl Magnus Grinneback.
  4. Age Requirements: Persons under 18 should not use this website. Purchases of alcoholic products must only be made by persons aged 18 or older. We reserve the right to cross reference your identity and that of any proposed recipient of our alcoholic products with any published list of persons subject to a banning order and (without prejudice to our rights to cancel an order contained in paragraph 17 hereof) to refuse any order to any person contained on such list.
  5. Age Verification: MWCo reserves the right to request proof of age before fulfilling any order. All deliveries will include a special instruction stating that “The package must be signed for by a person aged 18 years or older and if in any doubt proof of age will berequested using identification in the form of a passport, any European driving licence or the Manx 18+ card.”.
  6. Intellectual Property: The copyright and intellectual property rights on this website are owned by MWCo. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
  7. Pricing: Prices shown include Excise Duty at the current rates applicable in the Isle of Man and the UK.
  8. Shipping: Shipping costs (if applicable) will be added to the final price during the checkout process.
  9. Price Changes: MWCo reserves the right to alter prices up to the point of delivery.
  10. Availability: All products are subject to availability.
  11. Damaged Goods: Damaged goods must be reported immediately upon receipt.
  12. Liability: Manx does not accept liability for delayed or non-delivery due to incorrect information.
  13. Website Information: Information on this website is believed to be accurate but is not guaranteed.
  14. Order Confirmation: Receipt of an order does not constitute a contract. A contract is formed upon dispatch of the product.
  15. Cancellation: MWCo reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason prior to dispatch.
  16. Refunds: If orders are cancelled prior to dispatch, full refunds will be issued.
  17. All Credit and Debit card transactions are debited at the point of purchase

  19. Third Parties: Unless required by law, we do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.
  20. Returns: Purchasers may cancel orders within 14 days of receipt and must return all products unopened for a refund.
  21. Import Duties: We cannot refund import duties, taxes, or administration fees.
  22. Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Isle of Man law.
