Barley: Planet from Ballavell Farm, Isle of Man, 2021 harvest

Yeast: Pinnacle M, recycled WHC labs Bond, Pinnacle MG+

Distillation: 2x. Both stills used. Distilled in the summer of 2022. Lower cut 63%

Cask(s): 1/3 Palo Cortado 1st fill, 1/3 Amontillado 1st fill, 1/3 refill bourbon. All Octaves. 

Age at bottling: <18 months

ABV: 59%
