This event will take place on 6 November at Santander Work Café, Market Hall, Douglas. Doors open 5:30pm for a 5:45pm start

The first part of the event will be a presentation about what has happened at the distillery this last year. We will also dive into how maturation affects our spirit. This will take about 20 minutes.

Following the presentation we will have a tasting where we'll sample the following:

• Batch Two. That's right - your chance to try our next release! This is the batch that will be available via ballot between 6-8 November. It is a marriage between 70% bourbon and 30% Oloroso matured whiskies.
• Cask 7. This is whisky distilled from heritage Chevalier barley, matured for just over 3 years in a refill bourbon firkin.
• Cask 6. This spirit is just short of 3 years old and has been matured in a first fill Oloroso firkin for about 2.5 years and has since been transferred to a less active refill bourbon firkin.
• Our award winning new make spirit.

The tasting costs £25, which includes one of our snazzy tasting glasses to take home.

We want to remind everyone that the spirits poured are cask strength so we strongly advice against driving after this tasting.

This event is strictly for attendees over 18. We will request ID from anyone who looks under 25.
