Our launch event took place at 5:30pm, 14 December, 2023 at Santander WorkCafe, Market Hall, Douglas. It was a blast - thanks to everyone who attended!

Batch One
Barley: Planet, locally grown, 2020 harvest
Yeast: Lallemand DistilaMax
Distillation: 2.5x, 100l still only
Cask: 1st fill PX Firkin
Age: 3 years
ABV: 51.9%
The Beta Batch
Barley: Concerto primarly, not locally grown
Yeast: Mostly ale yeast
Distillation: 2.5x, 10l and 100l stills
Cask: Small european oak casks (3-10l) and refill bourbon firkin which previously held a peated Speyside whisky
Age: 3 years
ABV: 41.6%
Bourbon cask
Barley: Planet, locally grown, 2020 harvest
Yeast: Lallemand DistilaMax
Distillation: 2.5x, 100l still only
Cask: 1st fill Bourbon Firkin, char #2
Age: 31 months
ABV: 57.1%

Barley: Planet, locally grown, 2021 harvest
Yeast: MG+/Ale/Wild
Distillation: 2x, both stills used (400l, 100l)
