The 2023 harvest of Planet barley from Ballavell Farm is IN! 🥳
From this harvest we’re storing away 4 tons in 🐁🐀🐦-proof barrels. That’s estimated to produce about 1600 litres of new make… which is about 1000 hours of distilling in the wash still, plus roughly the same in the spirit still.
But first, how many hours will it take to clean it?
